The municipality field of Perca (972 m) in Pusteria valley (South Tyrol) with the factions Vila, Vila di Sopra, Plata and Tesselberg is the nerest place after Brunico in eastern direction.

Who loves the nature and excursions is right here: Perca is situated in the nature park Vedrette of Ries-Aurina and is known for its earth pyramids, real nature monuments.

Extensive hiking- and mountain tours in this protected environment, past many mountain streams, canyons and waterfalls and the stop at one of the many entertained alpine pastures are moments, where we will forget everyday life.

Above all a good sightseeing tip are the close situated earth-pyramids (in hiking distance from Perca), an astonishing geological monument of nature.

Winter

The ski areas of Pusteria valley are located in Aurina valley, in Badia valley, in Braies valley, Brunico, San Vigilio di Marebbe, Dobbiaco and Sesto.

In wintertime the very close South Tyrol skiing area Nr. 1 lures: the Plan de Corones - Kronplatz with sure snow from December until April.
