With 18 modern lifts and snow-pure pistes, the Obereggen Ski Center Latemar (1,550 - 2,500 m) in Obereggen is among the top ski areas in South Tyrol.
It offers spectacular highlights in winter, including a large snow park with a halfpipe, night skiing and tobogganing as well as 48 km of perfectly groomed pistes.
Close by is the Lavazè cross-country centre with tracks for every level of difficulty.
The village of Obereggen at the foot of the mighty Latemar range, at an altitude of 1550 metres, is easily reachable from Bolzano.
